Launched in 1999 on Mitchell Lane in Glasgow, Bar Soba fast became a staple of the city’s burgeoning bar and restaurant scene. Serving quality Pan-Asian Street Food with dishes from across the Orient, Soba has always endeavoured to bring an intriguing mix of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Malaysian cuisine, providing our diners with an 
unforgettable culinary experience.
We also lead the way with the original and best cocktail making classes in Glasgow & Edinburgh, as our highly-skilled mixologists take our guests through the tricks and tools of the trade: free pouring, flair moves & pours, astounding spirits savvy and other secrets of the mixology profession.
We took our patented mix of exhilarating cocktails and mouthwatering Pan-Asian cuisineand mouthwatering Pan-Asian cuisine to the West End of Glasgow in January 2012, opening on Byres Road, before growing the Soba brand further and landing on Hanover Street in Edinburgh in December 2012.
