About your membership
Q. What is Kids Pass?
We are a digital membership group that offers discounts at cinemas, attractions, and restaurants across the UK, along with the UK and European holidays.
Q. How many Kids Pass memberships do I need to cover my family?
You will only need one membership; this will cover your whole household!
Q. Does Kids Pass include offers for adults?
Absolutely! We offer lots of discounts for both adults and children, which can also be used separately.
Q. Is there an age limit for Kids Pass?
We do not have an age limit on Kids Pass - we have offers for all ages, including adults! Our offers may vary on their own age limit depending on the attraction.
Q. What is my username?
Your username is the email address on your Kids Pass account.
Q. How do I reset my password?
Please visit our website and select log in as member. You will then see a "forgot your password?" button. Select Forgot Your Password and enter the email address on your Kids Pass account. You will be sent a link to your email address to re-set your password.
Q. Where do I find my membership card?
Your digital card will be on your Kids Pass app. Please select 'My Card' next to the settings option.
Q. How do I change my details?
You can edit your details in the My Account section in the members area on the website.

Q. Can I see your offers before I sign up?
You can view a list of all our offers before joining our free Kids Pass app. You can search by category, region or simply click show offers near me. To download our app please visit www.kidspass.co.uk/app. Cannot find what you are looking for? Maybe the following FAQs can help. If not, then please contact us.
Q. When can I use most offers?
While most of our offers can be used 7 days a week, please be mindful and read the terms and conditions where you can find any exclusions that may be set out.
Q. Where can I find my tickets in the app?
If you have booked your tickets through Kids Pass, you can find them easily in the app. Simply select "My Tickets" section in the main menu.
Q. How do I use my tickets to pre-book with the attraction?
Most of our attractions will allow you to book a pre-paid slot through their website or over the phone. You will then need to take your Kids Pass tickets along with you and present them upon arrival.
Q. Does the membership auto renew after a trial?
We are a subscription service; your membership will automatically continue unless cancelled. You can cancel your membership at any time through the website.
Q. How long do you have to use tickets purchased via Kids Pass?
The majority of our tickets will give you 6-12 months to use them. Each offer will advise you of the date they must be used before purchasing.
Q. How do you claim offers with Kids Pass?
Each offer will provide you with full instructions on how to claim and redeem. They vary depending on offer type, e.g. Dining will be a link to get a discount but a Theme park or cinema will be a ticket purchase.
