Diggerland Devon

Diggerland Devon is an award-winning attraction promising an adventurous day out for the whole family. One of four Diggerlands located across the country (the others are based in Kent, Durham, and Yorkshire), Diggerland Devon opened in 2001, just one year after the first park was opened to the public, and to date it is the only Diggerland to be set within beautiful country park grounds, offering incredible views across the countryside of Devon. 

There are 20 different rides, over 100 pieces of machinery, and a wide range of non-ride attractions at Diggerland Devon. No matter how old your children are, there's something great to do here, with the Diggerland Train ideal for even the smallest of babies, and exhilarating rides like Spindizzy, Skyshuttle, and Dig-a-Round perfect for bigger ones. Children can dig for buried treasure and try to knock down skittles using real JCBs and 180/360 excavators, and adventurous explorers can even take a jungle trip on the Diggerland Safari SUV, deep into the forest. Diggerland is also popular for rainy days out, with a large indoor play area to keep kids dry and entertained in poor weather. 

Diggerland Devon is open from February to November, although opening hours and days do vary across the year. It is best to check the website here before planning your day out to avoid disappointment.
