What age group is Smugglers Adventure suitable for?
Smugglers Adventure is an educational and exciting day out, but some visitors (especially young children) may find the ghost/mild horror themes scary. It is dimly lit in parts, but you can buy torches from the admissions desk to light your way. Due to the nature of the attraction (a natural cave with uneven surfaces with steps leading to it) pushchairs are not allowed inside but can be left in the buggy park. Slings can be hired for a small refundable deposit.
When is the best time to visit?
As Smugglers Adventure is an indoor (underground) attraction, queues for entry can get busy during rainy weather. Smugglers Adventure is closed over the winter. Visit their website for more details.
