Waterworld is accessible by car and is signposted from the A53. Buses also run from the city to Waterworld while taxis are available from outside of the Stoke-on-Trent train station.

Tickets can be redeemed at any time during Waterworld’s opening hours. Visit https://www.waterworld.co.uk/opening-hours/ and view the timetable to plan your visit date.
This ticket is for one single admission to Waterworld Aqua Park and one round of 18 holes at Adventure Mini Golf afterwards. With Kids Pass you do not need to book an entry time for either Waterworld or Mini Golf, simply attend Waterworld first, where you will be given your ticket for the Mini Golf for after your swim. Please bear in mind that session control may still apply to your Waterworld admission with this ticket at busy peak times. You have 30 days from the date of check-in to use the tickets provided for Adventure Mini Golf.
Each ticket purchased through Kids Pass is valid for one single admission irrespective of age, height or disability/carer status – be sure to purchase enough tickets for every person attending, including those who may choose not to swim. Kids Pass tickets are already significantly discounted and, as a result, those holding these tickets are not eligible for any on-site refunds in line with Waterworld’s normal admission policies. Tickets are non-refundable. Admission for babies under 2 years old is £7 per baby – as a result, consider purchasing any baby tickets separately when you attend for your visit at Waterworld.
By purchasing your tickets through Kids Pass you are consenting to Waterworld having access to your booking information as required at the discretion of Waterworld Leisure limited.
