Everybody loves a good festival, and FitFest is two Festivals in one! For one day only, FitFest are combining a fitness competition with a music festival.
The Plan for the Day:
In the morning from 10am the FitFest competition will take place, where places are limited to 50 partners (100 entrants). To help pump you up for your workouts you’ll be motivated by fantastic live DJs to keep your energy levels high and get you through the timed events. You will partake in 3 workouts throughout the day ranging from tyre flips to running. All events are all inclusive for beginners to advanced gym goers. The workouts can range from 15-20 Mins over the course of the day. You don’t have to compete in the fitness competition to enjoy the rest of the festival.
From 2pm FitFest switches to a traditional festival with top live DJs & Bands from around the UK. This is when you can relax, kick back with a beer or healthy snack from all the stalls available and have fun with your family and friends in the sun. It’s your choice whether you want to just attend the fitness competition for a fun, pumping workout or just attend the music festival and relax with friends, but of course if you’re up for it you can attend both!
